Dr. Batz is proud to be the first and only endodontist to offer this minimally invasive endodontic procedure to the Tucson community. As an adjunct to conventional endodontic therapy, this advanced ultra-cleaning technology is effective at cleaning and disinfecting the root canal system so that there is less chance of failure over time. It allows for greater dentin preservation, thus helping to keep the tooth structure stronger, longer. Exceptional care requires advanced techniques and technology and that is something we are committed to provide to you.
Laser Endodontics
It is our goal to provide you with the best outcomes. We believe some teeth will respond more favorably to Advanced Laser Irrigation. As such, in October 2021, we introduced Biolase Waterlase Advanced Laser Technology to our office and have seen great success. This technology allows the introduction of laser energy at or near the apex of the root canal system thus creating fluid cavitation and enhanced disinfection.
CBCT 3D Imaging
Every case we treat has the benefit of advanced imaging. This allows us to provide you with the best possible outcome. We are able to identify and treat many canal systems that would otherwise be unidentified, thus increasing long-term success. Furthermore, we are able to better identify cases that should not be treated. Our goal is not to treat every case, but to treat those we do exceptionally well.
Surgical Microscopes
All of our operatories are equipped with Zeiss Surgical microscopes which we use during every patient treatment. This allows us to provide you with the highest standard of care.
